100 Days of Workouts - Day 54 - March 3, 2013

Day 54 Workout:
Bench 65 lbs 15 x 2 reps - 12 x 1 rep
Tricep Extension 15 lbs 15 x 3 reps
Kettlebell sides 20 lbs x 75 each side

45 minutes elliptical (5.75 miles)
