100 Days of Workouts - Day 26 - February 3, 2014

Day 26 Workout:
17 minutes treadmill run/jog (1.5 miles)
15 minutes elliptical (1.5 miles)
 
4 reps each:
Bench 60 lbs x 12
Dumbbell kick back 15 lbs x 10
Dumbbell extension 15 lbs x 12
Curls 15 lbs x 10
 
100 crunches
