100 Days of Workouts - Day 19 - January 27, 2014

Missed posting this yesterday, opps!

Day 19 Workout:
6 minute jog/run (1/2 mile)
*note to self, 2 sports bras are still required to run...

21 minutes elliptical (2.5 miles)
